2022: the year we finally got the fuck out of the COVID-19 lockdown.
2021: year two of the COVID-19 lockdown, the year i discovered i have DID, as well as the year i got close with [PMF], and the year i started wanting to go to therapy, to start working on myself and being better, the year things started to click.

2020: the year COVID-19 hit, which i used to drop out of school. the year this diary began, in early February, this contains my first entry, and is sorted this way as it was my plan to originally group entries by month, thinking the pages needed to be that small, but i realised i could easily fit 2 years on them, without too much loading, so 1 year is plenty short enough, but i leave them this way as an ode to my past knowledge
